Summary
EFC Irvine seeks a Mandarin-speaking part-time young adult/college pastor to build a college ministry and support our young professionals fellowship. The candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering spiritual growth, providing pastoral care, and teaching biblical truth. This position encompasses responsibilities ranging from on-campus outreach, coordinating events, and leading bible studies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a passion for nurturing young minds in the Christian faith, and a commitment to fostering a spiritual community.

Description

Part-time (15 hours per week at $32-$37 USD/hour)
Proactive in caring & campus outreach
Lead & Plan Bible studies
Passionate for College, Graduate, and Postgraduate students
Responsible for weekly 1.5G Ministries student gatherings and Professional fellowship

MA or MDiv from Bible school
We also accept seminary students who are pursuing the degree, but the position will only be director, not pastor.
Able to join weekly Tuesday Staff meetings and other co-worker meetings/training
Bilingual (Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English)
