Oasis Alliance Church is planting church. The main languages ​​used are Mandarin and English. Our church emphasizes gospel-centered preaching, evangelism to the community, and discipleship through the study of God’s Word, so that people can encounter Jesus, receive reborn life, follow Jesus and imitate Jesus throughout their lives, and fulfill the mission entrusted. The part-time director of children's ministry will also assist the pastor in participating in the development of various church ministries.
綠洲宣道會是一間植堂教會。主要使用語言為華語和英語。我們的教會強調以福音為中心的講道、向社區傳播福音以及透過學習上帝的話語進行門徒訓練，為使人遇見耶穌，得著重生的生命，一生跟隨耶穌、效法耶穌，完成所託付的使命。兒童事工兼職主任也將協助牧師負責參與多項教會事工開拓。

Part-time

1. Weekly preaching short gospel-centered message at Children's Service.
2. Providing evangelism and church growth planning and strategies.
3. Initiate and participate in church planting fundraising.
4. Providing care and coordinating with co-workers for God-glorifying meetings/events.
5. To be present and available to help at all church-wide gatherings/events.
6. Supporting Church Council to follow church’s spiritual direction and long-term planning.
1. 每週主日在兒童崇拜帶領詩歌，並短講以福音為中心的信息。
2. 協助牧師傳福音、開拓教會的事工規劃。
3. 參與為植堂募款。
4. 提供關懷及協調同工舉辦能榮耀神的兒童活動。
5. 出席所有教會舉辦的聚會和活動並提供幫助。
6. 支持及遵循「長執會」所決定的教會屬靈方向和長期規劃。

1. Prefer a graduate from an accredited seminary with undergraduate and graduate students in Bible studies.
2. Preach in Mandarin fluently. Can communicate in English.
3. A caring heart for children and approachable by church members and visitors.
4. Demonstrated commitment to evangelism and continuous church growth.
5. Coachable, adaptable and resilient when confronted with barriers and setbacks.
1. 最好是畢業於認可的神學院，擁有聖經研究學士、碩士學歷。
2. 能用華語流利講道，能以英語與會友交流。
3. 有一顆愛小孩子、善於親近小孩子、關愛人的心，能與會友和訪客親近。
4. 勇傳福音，展現對開拓教會、使教會持續成長的承諾。
5. 面對障礙和挫折時，具有接受指導、適應能力強和堅韌不拔的精神。
