Charlotte Chinese Baptist Church (CCBC), established in 1982, is a bilingual and multi-generational church in Charlotte, North Carolina. Rooted in God’s Word and guided by Psalm 1:3, we seek to grow in faith and fruitfulness through worship, discipleship, and fellowship. We offer Mandarin and English worship services, Sunday School, prayer meetings, choir, Chinese School, and youth ministries. Our mission is to share the love of Christ with our community and make disciples for God’s Kingdom.

We are seeking a full-time Chinese Pastor to shepherd the Mandarin-speaking congregation of CCBC. The pastor will work alongside the English Pastor and church deacons to:
• Preach in Mandarin during Sunday worship
• Lead Communion, Baptism, and prayer ministry
• Teach adult Sunday School and support small groups
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, and home visitation
• Train and disciple church leaders and ministry volunteers
• Lead outreach and missions locally and globally
• Build unity across Chinese and English congregations

• Evangelical seminary graduate; Master of Divinity or equivalent preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin for preaching; proficient in English for communication
• Minimum of 3 years pastoral or ministry experience (preferably in North American Chinese churches)
• Meets biblical pastoral qualifications (1 Timothy 3:1–7; Titus 1:6–9)
• Has a clear calling, a servant’s heart, and a passion for discipleship and outreach
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency preferred
