College Station Chinese Bible Church (CSCBC) is strategically located next to the main campus of Texas A&M University, one of the largest universities in the US with a student population of more than 71,000, among them 11% are Asians. CSCBC is affiliated with Grace Bible Church (GBC) in College Station, TX, a multi-campus nondenominational American church with members of a few thousand. The history of CSCBC can be traced back to 1976. CSCBC has a diverse congregation with 70% of its current members from mainland China, 25% from other regions including Taiwan, Hong kong, Malaysia, Indonesia etc, and 5% as English-speaking members. CSCBC is simultaneously seeking a full-time Mandarin Chinese pastor for our Mandarin-speaking adult congregation to build up a spiritually strong family, and a full-time English pastor to elevate our English ministry to raise up the next generation of believers, including children/youth, ABC (American-Born Chinese) college students, ABC young professionals, and to serve English-speaking members. ● Preaching/Teaching (講道與教導): Be the main preacher for Mandarin Sunday worship; Teach in adult Sunday school, fellowship groups, and other occasions; Administrate Sunday worship service. 主要的主日中文講道人；教導主日學，查經班等；管理主日敬拜。
● Leading (帶領): Lead the congregation to fulfill the church’s mission and vision; Plan and strategize the church ministries; Mobilize, equip, and mentor servant leaders; Constantly build up a pipeline of lay leaders at CSCBC. 帶領教會實現教會的使命與異象；規劃教會事工；激勵、裝備並指導僕人式的教會領袖；在教會培養源源不斷的平信徒領袖。
● Training/Discipleship (培訓/門徒訓練): Create and implement a strategic plan to disciple the congregation to maturity; Personally involved in the discipleship process; Train the congregation to serve according to their giftedness; Train church leaders and members in leadership skills and conflict solving skills. 規劃實施整個教會的門徒訓練；親自參與門徒訓練；訓練教會成員根據他們的恩賜積極服事；為教會領袖與信徒提供領導力及化解衝突能力的培訓。
● Caring (關懷): Provide pastoral care to the congregation; Visitation of members; Counseling to church members as needed; Visitation of seekers in the community; Perform baptisms, weddings, dedications, visitations, and funerals as needed and requested. 為會眾提供牧者的關懷；探訪弟兄姐妹；根據需要為會眾提供諮詢幫助；探訪社區的福音朋友；根據需要和請求，主持洗禮、婚禮、獻禮、探訪與喪禮等。
● Missions and Evangelism (福音與宣教): Create and implement a strategic plan for an evangelistic outreach to the local community; Personally involved in evangelizing the lost; Model and train others in evangelism; Oversee the church’s global missionary and evangelistic efforts.規劃實施本地的福音事工；個人參與傳福音；做榜樣並訓練其他人傳福音；監管教會的全球宣教與福音事工。
● Administration (管理): Report to the Board of Elders of CSCBC; Work with the Board in recruiting individuals with different gifts to serve in the church ministries; Engage with administrative needs; Attend church meetings. 向長老圖負責匯報；與長老圖一起招募有不同恩賜的弟兄姐妹在各個事工上服事；參與教會的各種管理；參加教會會議。
● Other duties (其它職責), as needed and assigned by the Board of Elders of CSCBC. 根據需要由長老圖指定的其他任務。

● Doctrine (教義): Meets Elder character qualifications (1 Tim. 3; Titus 1) including healthy marriage and family, as applicable; Clear Calling to shepherd God’s flock (1 Peter5:1-4); Committed to the Constitution, Doctrinal Statement, Mission, Vision, and Values of CSCBC; Theological perspective that is grace-oriented. 符合聖經對長老的要求；有神明確的呼召來牧養神的群羊；忠實於教會的章程，教義，使命，異象，與價值觀; 恩典的神學觀。
● Education (教育): Seminary graduate (minimum MA, preferably Th.M.). 神學學位。
● Experience (經驗): Ordained pastor/minister; Experience in first-generation Chinese ministries required, North America pastoral experience preferred; Experienced in personal discipleship. 按立過的牧師/傳道人；須有牧會一代華人教會的經驗，北美牧會經驗優先；擅長個人門徒訓練。
● Spiritual Gifts (屬靈恩賜): Preaching, teaching, caring, and leadership. 講道、教導、關懷與領導力。
● Abilities/Skills (能力): Effectively lead team toward quality decision-making and implementation of vision; Mentor and train church leaders; Good communicator in a wide variety of settings, including teaching of theology; Effective interpersonal, pastoral, and relational skills; Reading, conversational, teaching and theological fluency in Mandarin Chinese; English speaking and writing skills. 帶領團隊做好的決定，實現異象；培訓帶領教會領袖；擅長在各種場合下的交流，包括教導神學；有效的人際關係、牧者及關係能力；流利的國語閱讀、對話、教導及神學能力；英語對話與寫作能力。
● Ministry Style (牧會風格): Demonstrated ability to submit to and implement policies decided by the Board of Elders of CSCBC. 順服並執行長老圖決定的能力。
