Sunset Church is seeking a passionate and relational Cantonese Next-Gen Ministry Director to lead, build, and expand our next-generation ministry for Cantonese-speaking and bilingual college students and young adults.
In this role, you will spearhead creative outreach strategies to connect with unchurched young adults, facilitate meaningful discipleship gatherings, and guide college graduates as they transition into career life. Working both independently and collaboratively within our team, you will play a vital role in bridging faith with real-life decisions for the next generation.
Key Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Formal seminary training and prior experience working with younger generations in a ministry, event planning, or volunteer coordination capacity.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken and written Cantonese and English is required (Mandarin is a plus).
- Faith & Alignment: A mature Christian believer aligned with Sunset Church’s mission, values, Statement of Faith, Code of Conduct, and membership requirements.
This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary ranging from $70K to $80K, commensurate with experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO(vacation, holidays and sick time), Disability, Life insurance and Retirement plan.
