美國正道神學院擁有美國及加拿大神學院協會認證委員會 （Commission on Accrediting of the Association of Theological Schools） 之認證，並獲核准開設以下學位課程。

Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education Approval美國正道神學院經加州私立高等教育局 （Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education，BPPE） 核准設立。
LOGOS Evangelical Seminary is approved to operate by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education.
伊利諾伊州高等教育委員會核准
Illinois Board of Higher Education Approval美國正道神學院經伊利諾伊州高等教育委員會 （Illinois Board of Higher Education，IBHE） 核准設立。
LOGOS Evangelical Seminary is approved by the Illinois Board of Higher Education.
美國公民及移民服務局授權
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Authorization美國正道神學院經美國公民及移民服務局 （U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services，USCIS） 授權，可簽發 I-20 表格，以招收符合資格之非移民外籍學生。
LOGOS Evangelical Seminary is authorized by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to issue Form I-20 to eligible nonimmigrant international students.
