於 2021 年 7 月加入正道福音神學院，並擔任其財務和行政主任。負責監督財務運營、資訊科技、人力資源和設施部門。也擔任正道基金董事會成員。

James 在經營一家軟件產品公司的成功創業生涯中，感受到了全職事奉的呼召。他期待能應用過去15年中累積的專業諮詢及研發經驗，來幫助正道在行政及資源管理上更優化。他將領導部門強化資源管理、改善運營流程、加速數位化轉型和技術現代化的策略規劃，支持正道實現其使命。

在 15 歲時接受基督成為第一代基督徒，熱衷於看到年輕人的生命因上帝的榮耀而改變。在搬到洛杉磯並在正道服事之前，於俄亥俄州哥倫布華人基督教會擔任校園事工領袖與輔導超過 12 年。期待更多青年基督徒興起成為神大能的僕人。正道的異象與目標正是能裝備造就更多神國領袖，也進一步證實了在事奉上的呼召。

James 在2022年完成正道道學碩士學位。和妻子有兩個孩子。他喜歡旅行、喝咖啡和與家人共度時光。

James Tsai joined Logos Evangelical Seminary in July 2021 and serves as its Director for Finance and Administration. He oversees the departments of Financial Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Facilities. James also serves as a board member for the Logos Evangelical Seminary Foundation.

During a successful entrepreneurial career in running a software product company, James felt the call to full-time ministry. With over 15 years of professional enterprise consulting and R&D experience, he is excited to bring this expertise to Logos. He leads the strategic planning for capital allocation and management, operation process improvement, digital transformation, and technology modernization to support Logos in achieving its mission.

Being a first-generation Christian accepting Christ at 15, James is passionate to see young lives transformed for the glory of God. Before moving to LA to serve at Logos, James served as a campus ministry leader at Columbus Chinese Christian Church, Ohio, for over 12 years. The mission of Logos aligned with his desire to see well-equipped young Christians becoming mighty servants of God, and further confirmed his calling into ministry.

James received his Master of Divinity at Logos in 2022. James and his wife, Deborah, have two children. He enjoys traveling, drinking coffee, and spending time with his family.
