Students
Students enrolled in the Seminary’s doctoral, master’s, certificate, and continuing education courses.
Faculty, Staff & Alumni
Members of the Seminary’s Board of Directors, faculty and staff and their spouses, alumni, and graduates of the Lay Ministry Program.
Partner Organizations
Staff members and ministers serving in organizations affiliated with the Evangelical Formosan Church General Assembly, as well as current pastors of Evangelical Formosan Churches.
Other Members
Members of library associations such as GLACMA and SCATLA.
Library Card Application
- All borrowers must complete the Patron Contact Information Form and apply for an active library account.
- Spouses of faculty and staff, LTI participants, and community borrowers are required to pay a $20.00 processing fee.
- Individuals who do not fall within the borrowing categories listed above are welcome to use library materials on site and are asked to observe all Library policies and regulations.

Patron Eligibility Period & Online Account
- Faculty and staff retain Library privileges throughout their period of employment at the Seminary.
- Spring graduates retain Library privileges through the end of the same calendar year. Winter graduates retain Library privileges through June 30 of the following year.
- Alumni may apply for borrowing privileges for physical library materials. The initial library card is valid for one year.
- LTI, GLACMA, and other eligible members may renew their privileges for one year following annual review.
- SCATLA privileges are valid according to the eligibility period established by the member institution.
