Rev. 吳維和 Following his undergraduate studies, he pursued theological training at Dallas Theological Seminary and doctoral studies in Christian philosophy at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He joined LOGOS in 1999 and serves as Associate Professor of Systematic Theology and Director of the Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Christian Studies programs.

Instructor Biography: Rev. 陳愛光 An introduction to the foundational principles and application of Christian ethics, examining complex ethical questions and practical considerations in personal, family, and social life.

Course Overview

Rev. 傅立德 Learn to develop biblically grounded patterns of thought and live with renewed hope and abundant life.

Instructor Biography: Rev. 傅立德 holds a doctorate in counseling and psychotherapy from Purdue University. He has served as a pastor at Truth Lutheran Church in Taiwan and with the Chinese Christian pastoral training association (中華基督教牧者訓練協會), and has taught at several seminaries.

Course Overview

Rev. Richard Cook, Ph.D. Dr. Cook holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Iowa. He taught for ten years at Taiwan’s 道生神學院 and eight years at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in the Chicago area. He serves as Professor of Church History and Missiology at LOGOS.

Instructor Biography: Dr. Richard Cook surveys two thousand years of developments in the church, theology, and missions, connecting the biblical story with the church today.

Rev. 蘇炳甘 Learn step by step to analyze and understand Scripture through inductive Bible study and apply its teaching in daily life.

Instructor Biography: Rev. 蘇炳甘 holds a doctorate in counseling from Liberty University and a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary, and is a licensed marriage and family therapist. The founding pastor of Kong Fok Church in Hong Kong, he later devoted many years to developing English-language ministries for the second generation in North American Chinese churches. He served as Associate Professor of Practical Theology and Director of the Doctor of Ministry program at LOGOS until his retirement in 2022.

Rev. 張易安 and Elder 王慶元 Survey Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, and Islam, exploring their foundational beliefs and learning to share the Christian faith with friends from these religious communities.

Instructor Biography: Rev. 張易安 holds a doctorate in missiology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He served as a missionary in China for seventeen years, speaks fluent Mandarin, and serves at 慕道園浸信會 in Monterey Park. Elder 王慶元 serves as Executive Director of 路加國際服務團 and Director of International Ministries at 角聲. The former organization primarily serves Muslims in Central Asia, Indonesia, and Taiwan.
