Phase III Campus Redevelopment Construction and Fundraising Progress
The Phase III Campus Redevelopment is the final phase of LOGOS Evangelical Seminary’s campus renewal plan.
Following earlier renovations to the Administration Building, Academic Building, classrooms, and library, Phase III will bring the Seminary’s comprehensive campus redevelopment plan to completion. This page provides updates on construction progress and the final stage of fundraising, allowing donors and partners who care about the development of the LOGOS campus to stay informed about current progress and remaining needs.
Upon completion of Phase III, LOGOS Evangelical Seminary’s comprehensive campus redevelopment plan will reach its final stage.
Building Space Plan
The Phase III building is located directly across from the Administration Building. It is planned as a four-story, multipurpose facility integrating parking, the main entrance, student life, campus fellowship, administrative offices, workspaces, meeting rooms, and other campus needs.
Phase III will bring together a wide range of campus spaces, including a student activity center, Seminary history gallery, fellowship lounge, dining area, prayer room, production studio, Student Affairs offices, and additional office and meeting facilities.
Construction Funding
The original estimated total construction cost was $13.54M, including the building, interior improvements, equipment, and design. Fundraising for this amount has been completed. Following the 2025 wildfires and the effects of inflation, the project is expected to require an additional $1.0M in funding.
Final-Stage Additional Funding Progress
As of August 2026, the additional funding goal still requires $724K. We warmly invite brothers, sisters, and ministry partners who care about the development of the LOGOS campus to support the final-stage needs of the Phase III Campus Redevelopment.
