Transcript Requests

Logos Evangelical Seminary provides students with official transcript request services for purposes such as further education, employment, or other academic needs. Applicants are required to complete the appropriate request form, provide personal information and necessary authorization, and follow the seminary’s published procedures and fee requirements.
